HOW WE MAKE OUR SOURDOUGH
Creating a loaf of Wildrise sourdough takes three days. This long fermentation process:
- Develops complex flavors.
- Reduces the work for your digestive system.
Our craftsmen fold the dough by hand, shape it carefully, and allow it to ferment overnight in handmade rattan bannetons. Finally, the dough is scored by hand to ensure it rises perfectly in the oven, giving it a distinctive shape.
